iLok licences say expired. Avid says Active. Help

I have an Pro Tools educational subscription, which says Active in my Avid account. However, my iLok manager shows Pro Tools, Heat & Avid bundle as expired in March & all are greyed out. Tried to refresh the licences on the iLok, but it says 'publisher needs to renew' which I take as Avid are failing to renew after the end of the last monthly expiry date - even though there is no problem with my payments. I opened a case earlier on today, but any ideas welcome as I need to work on my final assignments for uni.

Check in iLok Manager under the Available Tab. The license may be there and needs to be activated.

Found your case and see that the rep updated it about 20min ago. They should be able to solve this pretty quickly.
