Default Trouble installing IK Multimedia\'s T-racks

Does anybody know any secrets of getting T-racks to install properly? I have a dual 1G MAC, running osX and the latest updates for it and Protools. The installation seems to work (it claims to be installed), but when I launch protools, no registration screen appears, and the plugins are not available from the pulldown menus. They seem to be in the right "plugins" folder within DAE. Any advice?

IK multimedia's site is down, again, so I'm posting here.
