Eleven rack meltdown (help)

I recently lost my 11r in a fire along with a ton of other gear. My original 11r was bought already with 2.01. I have replaced for the most part the remainder of my gear.
I found a clean 11r, mint in the box. However, it is not 2.01 (expansion pack). I'm now in a pickle as this is the last hump I need to cross, to get back to 2.01. I did however, find the Expansion Pack (2.01) software, but have no means that I can find of acquiring a System ID and assume the SER# is that of the new unit. Is there support to get this SYSTEM ID? A contact # to call? A dagger to stick in my neck? I'm running out of runway on this as I have queried, searched, been all over AVIDS website with links that don't work, point to something completely different and they obviously have wiped their hands clean of any acknowledgement that 2.01 even ever existed like some crazy coverup. Support until mid next year (2024)? You have to be kidding me. We are not rolling in doe here, and buying another unit with it already installed is (1), costly, (2) chancy and (3) technically silly. OK. Just venting at this point. I'm a kind soul lost without direction on this. Any & all help would be extremely appreciated.

The fire must have been horrible, but you made an unfortunate mistake not buying an Eleven Rack without 2.0.1 installed on it. You can sell what you have and buy a different one with 2.0.1 already installed. I put an Eleven Rack with 2.0.1 in very good condition is worth around $250 and one without 2.0.1 is probably worth less than $100, or to me would be worthless.

As far as I know the Eleven Rack Expansion Pack updates are not available, have not been for years. They were buggy and had high support overhead fro Avid so I'm not surprised Avid stopped offering them.

As you discovered just "finding" an Expansion Pack installer software is unlikely to help, these were license keyed and could only be used once.

You also want to make sure your are not buying a used rev E unit with potential clock issues. I've purchased multiple Eleven Racks used and require sellers to send photos of the back panel including serial number (last digit is the rev) and the firmware version from the front panel display.
