Default How to protect your 003 from Dust?

How do you guys keep dust away from it? I have put a t-shirt on top of mine ever since I got it but I am tired of looking at it, is there a cover that anyone sells or another alternative?

I have mine in a road case. I'm not sure about a cover. If you are really concerned about dust then you probably consider getting an air filter for your recording space.

Yeah, I worry about the dust issue too (not to mention beer, though I have a stern no-liquid policy around the control area!). I've done web searches, to no avail . Digi should make/contract out a nice vinyl cover with a plush interior & snappy logo on the outside; I'm sure they'd sell many. Unless that happens, I guess a custom-made job, maybe by a car- or boat-cover manufacturer, is the only option.

Perfect, the 2222 stretches 22x22 and the 003 is about 19x19 so it should work. Thanks a lot, just bought mine on eBay for $19 (cheaper than everywhere else $18.99 + tax/shipping).

Thanks again EGS

did the 22x22 cover fit ok in the end? I'm getting a bit bored of the t-shirt cover too!

The 33 will work better, the 22 was too small (works but it's too tight)

Hmm, you gave me a idea Dave. Have someone stitch up the open side and then open and hem the bottom. Instant video monitor covers.

Thanks I ordered a 33, I bet the 22 fits the slightly smaller 002 just fine though.
