Here's something interesting...now I don't see the installer for Standard PT on my products page either......

There is sometimes something funky going on in account.avid.com and I just checked only to find out that for some reason I have 8 copies of Pro Sound Effects. Haha. If you are missing something just contact support.

Just got the promo email, its saying assets have been deposited in my account, just checked, nothing there.

Same here. Received the mail who said that products were deposited, but nothing… even after déconnection and reconnection.

I have tried to contact support but got no response. I also talked with my reseller and they're not responding either.

I received the email too saying the licenses "were" deposited but I see nothing.


Do you happen to know which support to contact so I can resolve this? I don't like to annoy people with messages and emails but this is strange.

New User, longtime lurker here.

Just purchased Carbon and registered it last night/ early this morning Am. Can also confirm I haven’t received pro tools ultimate or Antares. Also reached out to support and they said they’re looking into the issue.. whatever that means. Got the email just now saying both were deposited into my account but still nothing. Hoping this gets resolved soon. Was looking forward to having this for the weekend.
