D-Control & D-Command Fader Automation Problems

Hi there,

in the studio here in Belgium where I work, we have a problem with out 2 Icon Consoles.
The first studio has a D-Control with Pro Tools HD 9.0.6
The second studio has a D-Command with Pro Tools HD 8.1.1

Both the Icon's firmware's are up-to-date with the system it's connected to,
but when we try to use fader automation (all faders are standing in 'write'-modus), they don't write any information in the system.
We tried a couple of blank sessions with only faders, but nothing works...
After we stop the project from playing, the system doesn't jump to Touch/Latch.

Is anybody here familiar with this problem and can help us out ?

Are level automation and other parameters enabled in your automation window? (command + 4)

Also In the mix "preferences" you have the option to enable "switch automation in Touch / Latch after write pass".
