Default DigiTechSupport please help

Having problems with a session, "cannot save because BNeoa_Utils::FindAsset failed!"

Any idea what this could be about?

Similar messages can happen when trying to save a session that's been copied from a DVD or CD. I don't mean this to sound patronizing... Have you doublechecked that you have read and write permissions on your session file. I've encountered a similar error when the session was read only.

Good luck!

Not copied, not read only.

Really? After an uninstall and fresh re-install of ProTools? Not to sound rude, but I find that kinda hard to believe. Your error message is about an asset not being found, an uninstall and re-install should replace all assets needed for the application, or doing an install under a new user account should also show some results. If that's really the case though, what's your hard drive situation like? Maybe there's something wrong with the drive you're trying to save to.

And one last thing - you haven't moved the ProTools application out of it's folder right?
