Round Tripping between Pro Tools and Media Composer - updating a Pro Tools timeline w

I’m after good resources on how to update the Pro Tools project when Media Composer edits keep changing. How can you start work on a timeline in PT and then receive an updated timeline from MC that still keeps the work you did on the original PT mix
