Default OT: Good stores to get sheet music from?????

Hello folks

I'm in need of some sheet music. Not just any sheet music, though. I need to find music from the Renaissance era and the more famous composers from that period. Do any of you know of any person or any stores that have a really good selection of music in general? Even if they don't currently stock much from this period, if they make it a point to stock classical music they may be able to tell me who to order from. Thanks a bunch!

Paul

Hi,

Here is a good alternative to printed sheet music.
Check out www.guitar-pro.com
If you decide to get it you can find almost anything you need for free download on:
http://www.mysongbook.com/hp-home.htm

I just started using GuitarPro recently and it's great.

Good luck,
Marc

Carf Fisher used to be the best in NY when they were across from cooper union. But they quit doing retail. Check their site, they may do mail order stuff.

They Julliard bookstore should have a good selection of early music, also, depending on where you are, check your library.
