Problem with Ilok authorizing Strike

Hi I'm hoping someone on here can help me. I apologize if I didn't provide enough information or posted this in the wrong spot. I recently purchased Strike Virtual drummer and an ilok and I can't get the ilok to authorize the software. Ilok account specialists are telling me its an Avid issue. When I open Pro Tools I get a message that says the Strike plug in requires authorization to run. I already registered Strike and have it listed as one of my products on the ilok.com website. Ilok has no clue and the guy I bought it all from says I should contact Avid, but I am trying to avoid paying a fee to get something that I already paid a lot of money for working.

Does anyone have any idea what I should do. The guys at ilokare completely clueless and useless.

I use a Lenovo Ideapad V560
Pro Tools 8 LE
MBox 2

Everything else is working perfectly on my computer. Please let me know if more info is needed!
