my 192 just stopped working what do i do!?!?!?

hey guys,

just turned on my 192 - there was a flash of light out the side and now it wont turn on - tried some other power leads but i think it is dead.....

i registered it with digi on purchase so all should be good there.

i'm meant to be tracking a pretty high profile band tomorrow, what is the protocol for getting it either replaced or fixed?

...i'm freeking out a bit so any help would be awesome!!!! :s

Borrow or rent another one, call digi tomorrow and get yours fixed.

If its under warranty you need to contact l Digidesign Tech Support, i imagine they turn around repairs quick! this page may help...

A flash when you turned it on? obviously mains related and if you wanted an ultra-fast possibility of repair then any decent repair centre/man should be able to fix a power bridge problem.

They have a max rate for either fixing yours or sending you a refurbished unit. Very reasonable. They turn it around in 48 hours and ship back to you. They get that its a top priority.

for a small fee digi are sending me a replacement unit to arrive tomorrow... for the time being i'm going to stick to my M-powered rig for a couple days preproduction

A MASSIVE THANK-YOU to digi for turning this round so quick.. you may of saved my job!!!
