Because you haven't set your monitoring from Auto Input to Input Only. Also, if you want to hear midi while playing, by rec enabling the track, you are telling protools which midi track you are playing.

Because whoever set up the system set up Bus 4-5 to be reverb by changing the name of the Bus in the I/O setups window. You should click the Default button in the I/O and everything should reset.
Sam, I told you this 15 posts of yours ago.

did you raise the volume of the Aux Track? Did you raise the volume of the sound module? Are you going in at +4 or -10? ( on the 002R), is the midi fader up?

questions questions
Its been several weeks that you're asking the same questions - and they IMO have all been answered. Follow the answers carefully and read the manual already.

Maybe if you give a detailed and clear explanation of everything you've done, a simple answer will fix it.
