Default Memory Locations bug

My Memory Locations loses the Track Show/Hide-settings when I create/delete tracks, save and re-open projects.
It seems that what's shown is offset by the same amount of tracks that I create/delete.

No answers yet.
Don't you use Memory Locations to store different Track Show/Hide-settings, or haven't you seen this behaviour?

Thanks,
Hakan

Everytime I save and reopen this session, which i suspect is corrupted, the tracks that are shown (in all memory locations) are moved/offset by one track.

I know I'm not alone - see this thread:

http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t...ocations+weird

Anyway, I think it's due to a corrupted session template.
Building a new, importing tracks etc from the old one, seems to solve the issue so far...

I do this all the time and it work flawlessly. I have a few memory locations with track show/hide and track size attributes. I have them on fixed positions 1 - 24 (with empty "dummy" locators between them), so I can display them across my C24 and change my track layouts with one touch of button. Extremely useful thing.

When I add a track, the only thing I have to do is to update the memory location by right-clicking it and pressing enter. But I haven't tried what it does when a track is removed and non-updated memory location is recalled. I'll try that in the morning and let you know.

Many times I've Deleted Tracks that are are incorporated into a Show/Hide Tracks Marker Point. Upon selecting that marker point, the deleted tracks are just disregarded - like they were never there. No need to update the marker point to reflect the deleted tracks. Can you be more specific in what you've done to display this odd behavior?

That's how it should be, yes.

Unfortunately I don't know what I did, but it seems to be due to a corrupted session.
I created a new session, that behaves as it should since a couple of days.
