Can't Activate Subscription
I was on Pro Tools 11 and wanted to get on the current version. I bought the $9.99 subscription but can't get it activated. No System ID in the purchase Email. Then I bought a one time Support Contract and no ASC came in the email. I've logged into my Avid Account, Ilok Account and no codes. Can't get through to support without the right codes. At a complete loss.
