Pro tools- Focusrite 2i2 and Line Six Helix

I installed protools 12 along with the focusrite 2i2 and had assumed it would load properly. I also have a line Six Helix which also requires a USB port to use the editor. What I found is that even though the drivers of the focusrite are installed correctly, Protools chooses to recognize my line six editor instead. I tried removing the line six and restarting but the errors just seem to grow exponentially. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how best resolve this issue

Have you tried selecting the focusrite USB Driver in Protools? Helix is also an audio interface too so if you want you don't need to use the focusrite at all.
