PT 8 Upgrade..Digi I still haven't heard?
I bought the 7.4 update 24th November 2007
112874 order ID from https://store.digidesign.com I thought I would have heard by now? Any ideas Digi please Kind regards

Log into your MyDigi and look at your account to see if you have authorizations sitting there waiting. If not, shoot an email to customer support as this is a user forum(so you'll get faster results by going direct).

I registered an Mbox 2 Micro (with v7.4 bundled) recently, and did not get an update mail. After some hours of desperation, I found out that I had typed 2008 instead of 2009, thus not being eligible for the free upgrade. I called Customer Service, and it was sorted out instantly.
