Need help connecting a control surface
hey all, i recently acquired a radikal technologies sac2k but i can't get it to work with protools 6.9.2 LE on a mBox on mac OSX 10.4.2 it's connected via usb with all drivers installed, when connected to a PC, XP recognises it immediately so i know the cable or device is not stuffed. latest firmware and drivers have been installed. can anyone help me please, what's your process of installing a non-digidesign control surface on a mac or pc.
