Demo of Ultimate wont go away I sub'd as an Artisst user

I downloaded Pro tools Ultimate demo and this month I subscribed to the monthly Artist tier.

When I open up Pro Tools it still says Ultimate instead of Artist. I uninstalled and reinstalled and its the same.

I do not want to use features of Ultimate that are not available in Artist
and have them taken away at some point.

I just want to use Artist

So you will have a license asset on your iLok or in the iLok cloud for the demo. Likely stuff you had to do to get the demo to work. Find and remove the license using ILM (iLok License Manager).

Just to expand a bit; the demo has not yet expired, has it? that's why PT is choosing the demo license, which is always Ultimate. Once you deactivate it or it expires, PT will choose the next best tier, the Artist.
PT installation is one for all tiers.

I downloaded the demo under a different account and used my account to buy a license for artist

Ilok will not let me deactivate the Ultimate trials it says that i do not own the license.???

I think I found a hole in the whole licensing system ��������

At any rate I do not want ultimate.

Where is this license activated to? An iLok? or Cloud? put your other licenses on the different one and use that for now, or get another iLok if it's a real problem.

I don't see how any of this is really a huge problem, just don't use too many features of Ultimate.
