PT7 Hangs on bounce

Hi, PT7 Tiger 10.4 Mac G5.
After bouncing down a track (mp3 wav etc) PT just freezes and I have to force quit.I have a duplicate G5 loaded with identical cards software etc which does the same. Very Strange.

Any ideas???
