Sound Replacer problem

Sound Replacer has worked well for me on drum hits for years.
All of a sudden, at least half of the hits on a new track of snare hits are 40 mSec early.
Some hits are lined-up with the original snare track, but many are not.
The original snare track is a fairly "normal" track.
I notice that the vertical yellow bars do not appear in Sound Replacer for the original snare hit
when I lower the threshold slider.

Any ideas?
I'm running PT 7.1 (HD) on a G5 Mac

i've been battling this problem forever. runnning Pro Tools HD II 6.4. he hits which are manually edited, hit by hit by hand to a click, the replacer always gets the hit early or late by enough to Flam when listened to. you have to just go in and cut up and nudge all the replaced hits.

we're upgrading to HD Accel 3 7.3 within the next week, hopefully this gets fixed...god i hope
