\"Help\" drop-down menu 7.3.1cs1 greyed out in XP
So I bought an Mbox Mini and downloaded the free upgrade to 7.3.1 (XP Pro) and then upgraded that with 7.3.1cs1 and the Help menu doesn't work. I know it says on the site that it's a "known problem," but when will it be fixed? I can't imagine that this entails rocket surgery to make a Help menu work these days; in fact, it's the first time EVER in the 20+ years that I've been using computers that something so standard doesn't work. What's the deal?

All of the items on the help menu are still available from the start menu.
I totally agree, though; this should have been fixed 3 cs releases ago. I even reported the beginnings of this bug back in 7.1, where you could actually make the items on the help menu disappear, and they still haven't fixed it. Honestly, this is just embarrassing.
