Default Automation points resolution

Still a fairly new user here, couldn't find this in the manual. I was trying to manually move an automation point (time location, not volume) for a volume fade, but it seems to "snap" from one location to another by a fixed amount. Naturally where I want to move the point to is in between. ;-)

Is there a maximum resolution on automation points? Is there a way to change it? I couldn't find a key control for fine adjustments like there is to move the point up and down in volume.

Thanks.

Irwin

There is a resolution but I'm not aware of a way to control it other than zooming in as far down as possible to get the finest resolution available.

Sorry I can't be more helpful.

Ah ha, that's what it is. Didn't realize those modes applied to automation points, thought it was just for moving audio regions. Thanks!
