Are there free updates included with the PT version that is 50% off now?

My PT Ultimate license expired and I see now that there is a 50% off deal for a new PT Ultimate for one year. Can I get that and does it come with the free updates for a year? https://shop.avid.com/ccrz__ProductD...ate=DetailView
