Hopefully that was a screenshot of your account not the physical ilok. If it is the physical iLok get it so the only Pro Tools license on there is that bundle and try again.

This is correct I now have the perpetual licence for Pro Tools Studio AND PT 12. But because I needed Monterey for Pro Tools Studio, Pro Tools 12 no longer works!

Standard PT licenses have started showing up as Studio now. It doesn't overwrite you old licence, it expands it. I can authenticate older versions with my license back at least to 12. Not sure about older.

Yes!


Reinstatements are now called “Upgrades” – the Support Plan begins immediately, if the “Upgrade” is purchased from AVID.
“Upgrades” must be purchased from an Avid Reseller if you want to use your Upgrade at a later date – they do not “expire”!

I think confusion is the word.
I followed your second link to BestService and found a 215 euros offer for TWO years support/update plan. Never seen that.
