my system ID is not accepted. ! ! ! !

can not get in touch with a real human on the phone ! ! ! ! !

Pro Tools Software Update Plans and Subscriptions only include online (webcase) support. Please refer to https://www.avid.com/learn-and-suppo...-support-plans for this info. We checked your account and see that the Support Center link is not enabled so have reported this to our team to fix. We will start a support case on your behalf.

Thanks- I appreciate it.

In the meantime though, filed a support ticket via web on 4/17.

Still no response as of yet.

Is that delay related to the same problem?
