I accidentally press the "surrender" option I NEED HELP.

Hi, I have a great problem.. A couple of hours ago I downloaded the Ilok License Manager and clicked in the license name, I was pressing all things in that app without knowing what to do.. and accidentally quit the license and I want to undo what I did..

What do I do?

What license are you talking about specifically?

What did you surrender? Was there an activation in your account that required surrender? Or were you transferring a license?

According to your iLok account, you followed the correct steps. No need to undo anything.

What you surrendered was this:
Pro Tools Express Akai Professional / M-Audio Edition Primer

Which is normal when replacing that with this:
Pro Tools Express Akai Professional / M-Audio Edition

The latter is the license, and shows as activated and installed on your iLok 2 as it should be.

So you should all set.

Thanks for the quick response, other issue that I have is that never recieved a Download link and when I go to the Active & Download page after I put the activation code it pops an error message.

I never could install the Pro Tools Express on my pc.

Can I send you for email some image screen to ilustrate what is going on?

You have the correct license. Nothing else you need to do on the iLok or iLok account. To install, see the "Start Here" sticky in the Pro Tools Express forums:

In the instructions it says that I have to download from "My Products and Subscriptions" but when I go to that page it says "!No download available. This product is a code only, or available on your purchased discs."

I don't understand.
