No sound after updating Pro Tools

just tried to get my pt 12 up and running and i have no sound?? welcome back, i had 11.3.2 running flawlessly for years then finally moved to 12 w/mojave on my hot rodded cheese grater5,1 and had mouse issues(freezing) so i put my old mouse up
and it’s better but now my avid tax is up and i have no sound??

Check the hardware setting in PT. Its probably not set to your interface

still nothing and the on off button on my omni is not green when pro tools is up? usually it turns from orange to green when the session opens

Which PT12 version did you install?

Any version above 12.6 requires the digilink software on your ilok in order for the card to find and work with the Avid HD Interface like OMNI/8x8x8/16/16 and so on so check that you have the digilink on the ilok. It is a $299 purchase otherwise if it didn’t come with your OMNI bought new.
