Artist control ownership transfer method

Hello,

Would anybody know how to register a second hand artist control.
I've tried to register, it says OK, put after that the product serial number does not appear.

Do the formal owner needs to do something ?

I've tried to contact avid support (email, phone), with no success.

It needs to be unregistered by the buyer.

The website also has problems with some serial codes, the best is to email them and wait.

Seems like the formal owner cannot unregister the product. Same problem as me for registering. The Artist support told me to just register the product. Looks like there is a bug in the registration on the website.

Did it work for you just to do the registration with the same serial number?
I sold my control and want to make sure that the buyer did not have problems with his purchase.

I also send an email to the artist support to unregister my control, but still got no answer from avid.
