Can't say I use many Plugin Alliance plugins for post but a few I've picked up over the years that I actually use:

Maag EQ4
bx 2098 EQ (Amek EQ)
Lindell 902 DeEsser (aka DBX 902)
Purple Audio MC77 (sounds better than the Avid one for some reason)
Shoeps Mono Upmix (not as good as Nugen Stereoizer but does do L-C-R, good for old b-roll)
bx_subsynth (like a DBX 120 with more features. I like the Avid Pro Subharmonic but this is usable)

Not much for sound design there. The Unfiltered Audio stuff can get wacky but it's not the most usable or predictable.

I find myself using Fiedler Audio Stage somewhat regularly for sound design-y stuff, like pushing a mono sound slightly stereo and back behind another mono sound layer. Particularly with off-speed sound design.

Don't seem to really use many for sound design here, either. dearVR Pro was great when working on some binaural stuff. Metric AB I use in a lot of tight turnaround mixes to keep everything heading in the right direction. I bought Streamliner with my Inner Circle voucher. Whether or not it proves useful, I don't know. A couple of clients use MP2 formats to push content to audiences, so hopefully there is something in there that may reflect that somewhat.

The PA doesn't create anything wider than stereo except Schoeps Mono Upmix and DearVRPro plugins.
However I use from time to time:
Brainworx bx_control V2 (for fast MS decoding)
Brainworx bx_subsynth (for some dead music low end treatment)
ProAudioDSP DSM V3 (for controlling badly mastered or mixed music) but this one is unpredictable in terms of automations. Now days I prefer Zynaptiq Intensity for such tasks
Schoeps Mono Upmix for playing with mono signal (but as it's been said Stereoiser is better)
SPL De-Esser Collection (but if you have Fabfilter ProDS or Soothe 2, this one will collect dust)

...so yes, pretty much feels like choosing from nothing.

I was kinda wondering the same thing. Only one I use is SPL Transient Designer on sound effects, good for punching up or taming down an impact or sometimes reducing reverb.

I haven't found anything useful either. Since the FB360 suite is EOL I was hoping for the DearVR plug-ins but they aren't on the list.

Hi,

in our template on original sound tracks are instances of De-Verb Plus and Vitalizer MK2.

On commentary and voiceover tracks I sometimes like Maag EQ4.

Cheers
Maik
