Using Windows? Artist Series seeming Disappointing

I dunno if this is because of the company merger or whatever but there is a serious lack of support on windows. Not even many people on forums. This is pretty much the only one. I am having great success with using Pro Tools and Media Composer but using the MC Control V.1 with windows is a real pain. I am trying to use it with wavelab and the MIDI functions do not seem to be accepted in wavelab. I can program the softkeys to hit play but when I try to do a key command for wavelab ctrl+F6 the eucon responds as ctrl+F only. I have even cross referenced mac keyboard keys to try and reverse engineer it.. The softkeys work but the hardwired play stop rew ff buttons dont. There is like NO support for this. I am shocked. What is going on in there heads? Who approves this for use? I am a technical support person and I work for a company that develops and releases software and hardware products and we would never release something so half assed. Unless I am missing something? The vids of Luke Smith on YouTube are great but he is on a mac. Who is using the MC Control on Windows?
