opening midi session created in 7.3 in 8.0
Could not complete the Open Session... command because Assertion in"..\PtSess\Ptsess_RunTime.cpp", line 18477 while translating Midi Playlists.
this is the error i get when i try to open the session??? this does not make much sense, obviously a midi playlist issue. is this a known in issue in 8?? anyone seen this or have workarounds, it is not an important session or anything, but this is odd??

no i havent, i will give that a try sometime. dont seem like a plug problem at all considering what the error says, but it is worth a try, you never know!

i have the same problem, i tried everything, include nothing in Plugin folder, modified system as avid suggested.
I have midi track for drum and now i can't continue my work.

How about creating a new session and using Import Session Data?
