Pro Tools 12 crash when undoing midi edits

I'm having the exact same issue.

I have sent the bug report to Avid.

Same problem on PT12 Native under Yosemite, undo midi edit makes protools crashing !
Never had that issue under 11, neither 10.

Thanks Tom. While you're there can you ask them why PT "forgets" MIDI ports on instrument tracks sometimes when you first boot up a session?

To tech support. I put screen shots of my version of Pro Tools and Computer. Refer to those to answer your questions.

To consistently get a crash, open up the midi window and perform a few midi edits. Then simply hit undo until Pro Tools crashes. Pretty simple. I have also had this occur in the edit window, as well.

Is there a status on this fix?

If this were an audio bug then I would imagine that Heaven and Earth would be moved to resolve the issue.

I still get it, and no, I don't think it's a feature, and no it's not been fixed. ...sad...
