Default Soloing tracks that are sent to busses

Is there a way to solo a track and hear it if it is sent to a bus and the bus is not soloed. Evertime I solo a track that is sent to a bus, I have to solo the bus as well.......waste of time and pain in the ass! Help!!!

/sigh

Solo-safe the bus. This is accomplished by command-clicking the 'S' button.

There's a "Documentation" folder inside Applications->Digidesign that contain searchable PDF manuals that you should check out if you haven't already.
