Creating New Session From Old
As I was learning I made the ridiculous mistake of deleting files from a song to create a completely new session. Would then save it as another name. Now of course I understand that I needed to create a new session all together so that the session file creates and saves the .ptx file the audio, plugin and backup files.
I want to save this song that I had formerly created as a new session. Can that be done. I think that I cannot b/c it contains files from former songs that I want to eliminate. 2nd thought. I guess I could create a new session and mimic the number and type of tracks and their settings and then find the files I want and drop them in. Still time consuming but would that be my best bet other than starting from scratch?
