MobilePre output buzzes

I have this MobilePre for some years (1st generation, the grey one).
Recently, the ouput of both the 1/8" jack stere line out and the two 1/4" jacks
started buzzing. Even when nothing is being played, a tiny buzzing signal
is being sent out. It is the MobilePre and not the cables, the amp or the computer or the speakers: with every thing the same, except this MobilePre replaced by another one,
the buzzing sound disappears and everything is fine; also, this MobilePre plugged
into any other (fine) setup makes it start to buzz.

What is causing this? The condensers are a _bit_ swolen after the years,
but that has been for some time already ...

Do you mean capacitors, not condensers? If not, what do you mean condensers? If you do mean capacitors, then that could likely be the problem and replacing those yourself or having an electronics repair shop replace them might fix it.
