Hello,
I'm working on some game projects which need to read MIDI file with strict data format. Something like the trunk sequence, the note number... I now have 2 problem when export MIDI file for that project. 1: How to make the track name blank? I tried to rename the track name with nothing, I can't do. If the name can't be blank, The MIDI file will include the track name text that will be erro when it work in the project. 2: The MIDI file needs to set fixed track sequence, say some time we need track 1- blank; track 2- blank; track 3- bassdrum; track 4- snare... So how can I leave some track blank in PT after exporting to MIDI file? What I have tried is after the exporting, Those tracks I have left blank disappeared in the MIDI file, say the tracks become to track 1 - bassdrum; track 2- snare. (I have exported as MIDI-1) I'm using PTLE 8
