LFOtool freezing on 2021.10 & 2021.12

Thought I'd poll the group before reaching out to the developer. Has anyone else been having Pro Tools seize up when using LFOtool in the latest releases? I'm getting beachballs requiring a relaunch. Sometimes it's as soon as I insert the plugin. Other times it's when moving it from one insert slot to another. Other times it works fine without issue.

Running macOS 10.14.6 here.

I have the latest LFOtool release installed. The issue cropped up in 2021.10. I updated to 2021.12 last week in hopes it would fix it but unfortunately no.

Anyone else?
