Default Weird vision bug 002R

Has anyone had trouble with screen suddenly going crazy? I installed 6.1 and an 002R last night. This has happened twice so far. Screen goes completely weird, almost impossible to see anything, thin lines across from top to bottom. Cannot use three fingered salute to re-start, have to press reset button.
OK, then, when I've reset the PC,BUT not the 002R, I get a DAE error type 1115 during Pro Tools launch, bottom strip says "creating DAE objects". I have to re-boot and re-boot the 002.
Any ideas?

Simon
