Default LE update 7.1.2 to 7.3

After the update the 7.3 V will not load with an error msg "Access violation occured" .
As digidesign reports on the same error have to disable any modem,usb,..... through to a conflict. Evevn when all my devices from control panel where disabled still get the same msg...Sometimes there is another msg coming on screen saying that memory is not in read mode at ..... loacation .
PC win xp home using MBOX 2 Pro, 925G intel chipset, Intel core 2 duo 1,86, 4 Gb Ram

ANY HELP???????

Make sure to update to the latest version; 7.3.1

did the update to the latest 7.3.1 but still the same problem

Very difficult to troubleshoot a system we know nothing about. You haven't even mentioned which Digidesign hardware you are using.

Run through the suggestions in the General Troubleshooting thread and if none of them helps, post details about your system with the software recommended at the end of the thread (SiSoft Sandra).

The funny thing is when i do install again LE 7.1.2 everything works perfect .....
