TDM Mixer plug-in error message on launch
A buddy of mine says he keeps getting this error message when trying to launch Pro Tools.
"Pro Tools with TDM requires the TDM Mixer plug-in in the plug-ins folder" They are using PT 6.9.2 on a G5 with an HD2 rig. Anyone know what this is and how to fix it? I am unable to be there to try to trouble shoot, but they assure me they have checked to make sure the surround mixer plugin is in place and that they have already done the troubleshooting dance with preferences and the like. Thanks for the help. I did a search and only came up with info regarding PT 5.1. edit: My goodness, I just saw Jahn's post below with the same problem. Weird. it did not show up in my search. An answer to either post would be fine. Must be something in the air.

Is the stereo mixer in the plug ins folder?

No, just the surround mixer. I asked them that as well.
