^license is still same which opens v1 DigiDesign plugins. Trouble for v2 license holder is finding v1 installers, but it works nevertheless. But finding so old pligins is troublesome anyway.

I find it hard to believe that (AIR Music Technology) Expansion Pack 3 Upgrade could open (Avid) Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Pack – BUT – if you can test your claim and prove that I’m wrong, why not recommend the cheapest option (at the moment) for “the lot” - the $119 AIR Expansion Pack 3 Complete Upgrade (from any AIR plug-in)

(I do hope you’re right! No need for OP to install Expansion Pack 3, as it doesn’t meet OP’s System Requirements, but let the iLok asset open Version 1)

My old rigs are stored elsewhere, cannot check easily.

BUT..

At the time of transition, I remember the old DigiDesign branded licenses turned into AIR licenses on iLok, so whatever license ID they are using is still the same, don't mind if the vendor ID has changed.
