Default No audio in PT9 session after importing video

After importing a video file (.mov) into my PT9 session I can't get any sound on my speakers. No sound both for audio tracks/instrument tracks and video track.
I've tried it on a 24bit 44.1kHz and 24bit 48kHz sessions.
Master fader volume meter indicates that there is audio on the output but the sound does not appear on my HDSP 9632 soundcard output.
Could you help me with that? I'll appreciate it very much.
