Problems with MBox3!!!!!!!

Expensive! I bought a MBox3 and up to now I didn't manage to do to work. She reproduces the slowest aúdio than the normal, as if it was in low rotation or as if it lowered the sample rate! I don't also get to enter with audio sign for the analogical entrances and I don't get to hear for the exit of phones. I already updated driver and version of the Pro Tools. I didn't only update the firmware. Would it be necessary to update the firmware? Can anybody tell me how to update the firmware? at once thankful!!!!!!!
