Hi, i cant import files and get everytime this window:

Audio coundnt be imported because: Assertion in Volumes/Development/148093/Protools/NewFileLibs/Cfd/MacBuild/../<macoS/Cfd_ImportAudioDialogMacOS.mm, line 559

Does anzone have a tip? does it maybe have to do with the trial, and if i rent it for a month or buz the license it will work?

You should be running Pro Tools 12 on Sierra. I'm not sure that the 11.x versions will run properly on that OS.
You can check the compatibility chart here for version 11.

Although not as full featured, you may want to download and try Pro Tools First before you invest any money on the latest version. Pro Tools First is free and is based on the 12.x version of the software. If PTF runs on your system, then you would be fine upgrading to the standard edition of Pro Tools.

I would also remove version 11 from your system before installing PTF.

Hello and Welcome to the Community,

You can try holding the N key down when bootng PT11 and choose the interface you have or built in audio if thats what you have.

And trash preferences and databases aswell to rid old stuff from the setup.
