Default MIDI Merge Sustain Gremlin 2022.10

Anyone else experiencing this? Works fine when NOT in merge.
Tips?
Thanks

I did tests with Trillian rather than Ivory figuring it might be the plugin but same deal. If you read this and use MIDI merge, does it work in the 2023 version of PT?
I've been using MIDI since day one of MIDI - and find MIDI merge to be an incredibly useful tool.
I'm still on Monterey
thanks

According to this thread the issue was supposedly fixed back in version 12.8.2 (see comment #14).

I'm on Windows and don't know about Monterey compatibility.
Haven't heard the issue mentioned since that thread and haven't tested it recently myself.

I have been working in another DAW for a couple of years now, but returned to ProTools this week for a project I'm working on.

I am on ProTools 2023.3 and this problem stil persists. Really surprised about this. This bug has been in the software for at least 13 years. Most likely longer.

(On a positive note: I have been happily surprised about how the software has grown since the time I last used it)
