Default Artist Control Screen Bright Red!!!
Hey,
My Artist control screen is now a bright red color and very annoying to use. Any idea how it changed from black to red and more importantly change it back? Never had this happen in over 2 years of using it. Running it in test mode has the correct screen color, so I know the screen is not broken.

I'm guessing you have upgraded to El Capitan. I have the same issue. They have not released an update yet and it messes with the fonts and colors on the Artist series. Hopefully soon.

Well this is lovely. I purchased my Artist Control yesterday, installed latest version of UConn, updated firmware and then the lovely red screen. I thought it was defective.

How long does it take for updates to come around that fix these sorts of things?

It's probably low on Apple's priority list?

Does the new software release of 3.3.2 address the red screen (Artist Control) & yellow blocks (MC Control), if I'm running El Capitan?

I, too, have the red screen/yellow blocks and am hoping for a firmware update soon.

My Artist and MC aren't updating the firmware. Maybe I'm doing something incorrectly. I know one of the things in the PDF was to do one at a time. I've tried a few things but nothin'.

It may be that your firmware is already up to date ... what versions are you at currently?
