Pro Tools Cloud Collaboration Update Available

A new version of the Cloud Client Services application is now available for macOS (Windows OS update coming soon), and this version will fix the current Cloud Collaboration issues with Pro Tools.

We have pushed Cloud Client Services version 22.7 to Avid Link. If you have enabled “Install Apps silently” and “Update Apps automatically” then this update may already be installed on your Mac. If those settings are disabled, Avid Link should still auto-launch the installer, and you can continue the installation from there.

You can also manually install by downloading the installer from your Pro Tools product in my.avid.com/products or you can download it directly.

Note that you can check the installed version on macOS using Get Info on the CloudClientServices.app in Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Avid/Cloud Client Services/
