Has anyone here updated to iOS 7? If so, is Scorch compatible?

Hi, yes, I upgraded to iOS 7. Haven't used scorch much but haven't found anything new in terms of problems.

I to am here looking for answers as to why scorch does not have playback.

to me it seems that Apple has made a change (does not support) to the audio format that scorch is using.

To date, I have not had any problems with play back. It is the one thing I have never found buggy, I have just upgraded to the latest iOS, 7.0.4 and scorch is still playing back. I am on an iPad 2 though.

Help have just changed over from my IPAD with ios 5.1 to IPAD2 with ios 7 after downloading Scorch to ipad 2 i get a list of my purchased music. When i try to down load from the list scorch transfers the title and then closes. Same scorch also closes if i search for new score.

Original IPAD with ios 5.1 still works.

Have you tried rebooting the iPad? I got errors when first downloaded and had to reboot. Your set up is the same but I haven't tried downloading any files, I create all mine in Sibelius.

Rebooting didn't help. Even tried opening new acount. It looks like there is no access to the Avid Scorch store. All downloaded songs play. I just can't down load what i've bought or buy anything new.

This site isn't monitored very regularly by avid and you have probably noticed that there are a number of download issues so I'd try and contact Sam direct. You can get to him more reliably on the Sibelius forum. If you check my 'anybody monitoring this site' thread, you will also see Marianna's email address at avid so could try contacting her.

Guess reloaded iOS 7.04 with factory settings. Reinstalled all APPS, AVID Scorch now works.
