Control 24 Cutting Out?1?

Hello,

Yesterday I was recording and my control 24 popped and then no audio was coming out. I turned the volume down and back up and it worked again?? The mic cut out right in the middle of a take. Any suggestions?

No suggestions, but I've experienced something similar. Once, during a playback, all audio output ceased. I stopped and restarted playback with no effect. Finally, I reached to adjust the volume control. As soon as my fingers bumped it, audio resumed. [img]images/icons/confused.gif[/img]

Very odd, very frustrating, and impossible to troubleshoot, since it hasn't happened since. It's scary knowing that it might happen again at any time.... [img]images/icons/frown.gif[/img]

the problem i faced was that my C24 just got hung midway...when i called tech support, it was an issue of the controller losing ethernet connection. can be reset in setup>peripherals>ethernet controllers
