Hi Eddie, thanks for getting back to me.
I`m using Mac OS 10.14.6 (18G103)
I had previously uninstalled the app and prefs, but I did it again anyway. The problem continues.
FWIW, booting from a different partition on the same computer, EuCon works fine. This is using Mac OS 10.13.4 (17E199) and EuControl 2020.11.1.10, EuCon 4.7.4.10.
I tried uninstalling and installing EuControl 2020.11.1.10 on the Mac OS 10.14.6 system, but the problem continues.
I also tried removing the Euphonix folder from Library/Application support as I thought it might be the soft key files that were causing the hang, but the problem continues.
Is there any other location, that stores information that is not removed with the uninstall options, that EuCon might try to access when adding the Artist Control?
The hang report shows: Boot args: -no_compat_check. I don`t know if this information is useful?

Is EuControl and MCClient allowed in the Mac security settings?

Yes, in Accessibility. It is just MC Control that causes the hang on entering EuCon Settings. With just the Artist Mix there is no hang.

Can you make it hang and then select collect support files and post them or a link to them ?

Sorry, right click on EuControl and in its popup menu click Collect Log Files.

BTW, I had to force quit EuCon/re-open in order to collect the collect Support files

Does it do this whether Digital Performer is running or not ?

Nothing running, just Finder, EuCon and Apogee Maestro 2. I just tried without Apogee Maestro 2 , but it still hangs.

How many monitors do you have? If more than one could you try to remove one and test?
